Andy Patel Pro (APP) services and Google Ad spend are billed separately. APP services have a standard monthly charge of $300/month and 15% of your Ad SPEND. This includes domain registration, hosting, unlimited landing pages, SSL Security Certificate, Remarketing, and one call tracking number. APP services will be post-charged on the first of the month, for the previous month. 15% of monthly Ad SPEND with a minimum of $2000 monthly budget for Google Ads.

Google will charge your card automatically once the balance reaches $500 or after 30 days; whichever is first. If Google cannot process a payment, the ads will not show until the balance is paid. APP is not responsible for any unpaid balance.

The ad program belongs to Andy Patel Pro. This includes, but is not limited to- all ads, all keywords and negative keywords, landing pages, call tracking numbers, and performance data. Any changes and updates remain the intellectual property of Andy Patel Pro.

Our services are provided on a month to month basis. Either party is free to cancel at any time. If you wish to temporarily freeze your account, there is a maintenance fee of $50/month. Account must be current on all payments prior to the freeze. A $500 activation fee is required to restart services after cancellation.
